When you think about it. Happiness, sadness, anger… it’s all inside your head. Your cells. Everything that you can possibly feel is there. The question is how to bring the “right” emotions out.
Sometimes that can be such a frustrating feeling. I hate trying to find my happiness when I’m angry. Or bubbliness when I’m tired. I don’t hate trying, but I hate not knowing how to bring them out. I read a lot about it. I ask psychiatrists and life coaches. Most people say that focusing on the good things in life, and being grateful is one of the most powerful things you can do to increase your happiness in life. I used to write a little list of things that made me happy during the day, I should probably bring that up again. I also met thins brain coach at work who said that keeping a good and proud posture is one of the most important things you should focus on if you want to keep up a good mood. He claimed that it is a lot harder to feel genuine sadness when you keep a strait back and a proud neck. And to reverse it; it is hard to feel genuine happiness if you have a closed off body language, with a crocked back, looking down on your feet. If you try it, it sot of make sense.
I love exploring all of this. Figuring out how to bring out the best inside me. Get the most out of me. I love knowing that I’m all of what I want to be already, its just about finding out what is triggering it. What brings out the best of me? And how can I bring out the best of myself? It.is.all.already.in.there.
