You hear it all the time. Listen to your body. Listen.to.your.body. But what does it actually mean? How do you tell when it is the body or the brain talking? It is hard. I don’t know if I’m there yet. I try. I try my absolute best, but sometimes I jut don’t know. I think I’m starting to get used to not having coffee. I drink decaf, because I fucking love the taste and it has a lot of antioxidants in it. The Happy body lifestyle program has started, and I have now cut out dairy, red meat, sugar and gluten of my diet. To be honest I don’t really eat this too much anyway so it is not that hard. Marissa and the Happy Body Lifestyle program is also all about balance, and doing what is best for your body, which includes not overdoing anything (my biggest challenge in life). There is no shame in doing everything in moderation. It is only for the first three weeks we need to be strict in order to reset the stomach and metabolism. I’m excited. After all, it is not like I’m punishing my body, I am doing my body a favor, so it shouldn’t be hard. I’m excited to learn more about myself and how my body works.
